Community Care Partners Inc. d/b/aceualliedhealth.com is an entity providing online speech language pathology continuing education. Community Care Partners Inc d/b/a ceualliedhealth.com feels that ongoing education is a necessity for the continued growth of the speech language pathology field.The high quality courses augment the basic speech language pathology education by supplying critical and required information to achieve enduring development of the speech language pathology workforce in a constantly evolving health care spectrum

Written policy for refund: In the event a program is cancelled, the payment will be refunded in full. In the event the program is rescheduled, the participant will have the option of a refund or attending the course at the new time.
Written policy for refund of fees when participant cancels: In the event a participant cancels their registration, they will get a full refund.
Policy for the resolution of complaints from individuals not satisfied with the continuing education program: If an individual is not satisfied with the course and they request a refund, they will get a full refund but will not receive CEUs. Further, the course participants will have opportunity to provide feedback about course presentation and content in the form of written complaints. They will receive a timely response within the next 24-48 hours. The choice for refund will be at the decision of the participant if they were not satisfied with the CE program. This will be an option for the participant.
Process to resolve identified conflicts of interest:
Community Care Partners Inc. d/b/a ceualliedhealth.com is required to identify and resolve all conflicts of interest prior to the CE activity being delivered. Community Care Partners Inc. d/b/a ceualliedhealth.com will review disclosure information and assist to ensure any potential bias is resolved. The primary mechanism is to have all persons who are in a position to control the content of a CE activity sign an attestation agreeing to adhere by this policy and that all clinical recommendations made regarding patient care as part of the course planning and/or CE presentation/activity materials will be based on the best evidence and that they will give a unbiased view of therapeutic options.
Community Care Partners Inc. d/b/a ceualliedhealth.com determines if conflicts of interest are present for those who have control of the CE content. Conflicts of interest are determined by assessing the information disclosed with an understanding of the planned content of the CE course. A conflict of interest will be determined based on the situation, not on the character or actions of an individual.
There are several ways to address a potential conflict of interest. Community Care Partners Inc. d/b/a ceualliedhealth.com may require a course planner and speaker to restrict the presentation to specific topics so that their financial relationships are not applicable to the CE event. Community Care Partners Inc. d/b/a ceualliedhealth.com can change the focus of the CE course so that the content is not about products or services of the commercial interest that are the basis of the conflict of interest, when a proposed speaker has a conflict of interest related to content. Community Care Partners Inc. d/b/a ceualliedhealth.com will show that everyone who is in a position to control the content of a CE activity has disclosed all relevant (occurring within the past 12 months) financial and nonfinancial relationships with any commercial interest to the provider. Those who refuse to disclose relevant financial relationships cannot become a CE course author and cannot have control of or responsibility for the development, management, presentation, or evaluation of the CE activity.
COURSE MATERIAL THAT IS BALANCED AND WITHOUT BIAS:
Following the principles that guide continuing education materials to be independent of commercial interests, Community Care Partners Inc d/b/a ceualliedhealth.com believes it is important to recognize and control financial and non-financial relationships associated to its continuing education courses. Community Care Partners Inc. d/b/a ceualliedhealth.com must ensure balance, independence, impartiality in all of its continuing education courses. The content and format of the continuing education courses and related materials must be constructed to support enhancement in quality of healthcare and not to endorse commercial interests.
DISCLOSURE OF FINANCIAL AND NON-FINANCIAL RELATIONSHIPS:
All course presenters, course planners, or persons in a position to influence the content of the continuing education activity will be required to via written form to disclose the financial/non-financial relationships they have with a company or person that produces products or services that can be used by health care professionals in their continuing education planning, implementation, and evaluation. Community Care Partners Inc. d/b/a ceualliedhealth.com will review these disclosed relationships and select a course of action to appropriately manage the relationship. Those course presenters, course planners, and persons in a position to influence the content of the continuing education activity who fail to complete a disclosure form are disqualified from any level of course participation. Managing the relationship will include steps such as: a) review of educational content, b) having the course presenters, planners, or persons in a position to influence course content refrain from making recommendations regarding products or services, d) recommending alternate presenters for the course topic, e) divest the financial relationship.
Community Care Partners Inc. d/b/a ceualliedhealth.com will take measures to evaluate bias in its course presentations by requesting feedback from course participants as well. If Community Care Partners Inc. d/b/a ceualliedhealth.com determines that there was bias, it will proactive in its efforts to ensure future course attendees do not come across such bias in future.

Community Care Partners Inc d/b/a ceualliedhealth.com assumes the legal accountability for making certain that any pertinent information implemented within the courses and/or related materials has been accurately cited/referenced and that no copyright infringement has occurred. Course participants may not reproduce course materials for their own financial gain.
Copying of the materials or any part thereof, inclusion in other software, reverse engineering, or modifications are expressly forbidden without the expressed written consent of Community Care Partners Inc. d/b/a ceualliedhealth.com. No part of Community Care Partners Inc. d/b/a ceualliedhealth.com materials may be copied for resale or other commercial use, or posted on public bulletin boards, web sites, Internet domains, or online chatrooms. Use of these statements informs the public that the material is not being relinquished to the public domain.

Consultant faculty authors and presenters in Community Care Partners d/b/a ceualliedhealth.com CE activities maintain the ownership of the content and ideas conveyed to the participants in their lectures and presentations. This permits consultant faculty authors and presenters to revise, rework, and reuse this content without requiring the permission from any one regulatory body. Community Care Partners Inc d/b/a ceualliedhealth,com is required to protect the intellectual property rights of the faculty presenters by alerting them to their intellectual property rights.
Community Care Partners Inc d/b/a ceualliedhealth.com will facilitate the protection of consultant faculty intellectual property rights with simple non-exclusive licensing agreement for faculty educational materials. This licensing agreement will include the name of the author and material, a statement that the consultant presenter is owner of the copyright in the material. This will also state that the material is an original work and that the speaker warrants that it does not infringe on anyone’s copyright. This will also state that the consultant presenter gives nonexclusive permission to Community Care Partners Inc d/b/a ceualliedhealth.com for the CE activity, for this format for a specific period of time, inclusion in the CE website, and/or for commercial uses by Community Care Partners Inc. d/b/a ceualliedhealth.com or other derivative projects.
