Written policy for refund: In the event a program is cancelled, the payment will be refunded in full. In the event the program is rescheduled, the participant will have the option of a refund or attending the course at the new time.
Written policy for refund of fees when participant cancels: In the event a participant cancels their registration, they will get a full refund.
Policy for the resolution of complaints from individuals not satisfied with the continuing education program: If an individual is not satisfied with the course and they request a refund, they will get a full refund but will not receive CEUs. Further, the course participants will have opportunity to provide feedback about course presentation and content in the form of written complaints. They will receive a timely response within the next 24-48 hours. The choice for refund will be at the decision of the participant if they were not satisfied with the CE program. This licensing agreement will include the name of the author and material, a statement that the consultant presenter is owner of the copyright in the material. This will also state that the material is an original work and that the speaker warrants that it does not infringe on anyone’s copyright.
